I love to travel the world with my camera and to record my experiences and journeys. Pictures have always been able to transport me along, to empathise with other people, and to explore new worlds.
Commercial
My experience behind the camera is highly valuable for commercial shootings. No matter if operating the camera myself or in art direction: I know how to set the light, instruct models and pay attention to the smallest details. I develop unique image styles and photo concepts, set up picture libraries, and give the final look in post-production.
As Creative Director, it was always essential for me to develop an individual image style. Photos should be natural, honest and not overdrawn.

Product photography
As a science fiction enthusiast and LEGO influencer, I create complex brick-built models of iconic spacecrafts and vehicles, write instructions, and produce elaborate photographs and photomontages that are widely loved in social media. In my contributions, projects and commissions I always put quality before quantity.
Documentaries
This is the most attractive field of photography for me, because it is able to freeze the truth for a moment. I am particularly inspired by travel photography: exploring new places, people and cultures, sports; and street photography: capturing moments that are overlooked and fleeting. In addition, I find the challenge to the photographer and the equipment thrilling.
Japan is a place of contrasts like no other country. Modern meets tradition, nature meets megacities. In this series I present this juxtaposition in the encounter between man and animal. Opposites and similarities.
